[Chlamydomonas] Information on culturing Chlorella

 Hello, this is a Chinese girl that need your help.
would you please provide me some information about the Chlorella?
 the culture media, growing conditions, maintenance and protocols for
pigment analysis (e.g. Carotenoids, e.g. xanthophyls).
I see that on your web.I want to do some research about it, but could not
find enough information.
