Subject: [Chlamydomonas] digesting gDNA in chlamys

Hi all,

I am going to do southern blot hybridization with chlamy's gDNA and was
wondering about (a) the size of the gel, and (b) the required time to run
the gel to completely digest the gDNA. I appreciate any help.
