R/S Ratio

    Hi,
    I'm looking for a program that will determine the replacement vs.
silent mutation ratio in clones of a known gene.  Basically I need to
compare codon by codon of my sequences vs the germline and determine for
each mutation if it would result in an amino acid change.
    Does anyone know of such a program, or do I have to write it myself?
