Subject: Rare Cell Isolation
I want to separate rare cells (tumor cells, stem cells) from human peripheral
blood. Did anyone compare the various cell separation systems (DYNAL, IMMUNICON,
CELLPRO, MILTENYI/MACS) and can give me a hint which separation system will fit
best for this purposes?
