I am trying to obtain flies transformed with hs-Shaker (wild type and dominant negative) constructs as described in : Gisselmann, G. et al. EMBO J. Vol. 8 no.8 pp. 2359-2364 (1989) Does anyone have these flies (refered to as KB and KBt in the paper) or the injection constructs (pKB and pKBt).
