I live in Ohio and work at a Garden Center. I've noticed a fly that is slightly smaller than housefly size. It reminds me more of some sort of fruit fly, and it seems to have tiny 'rudimentary' back wings. It will often pivot each wing back and forth independently of the other, almost like it is giving signals. Anyone know what it is? Dan
