[Drosophila] Ecdysone Rescue

Hello There,
I am working on Drosophila Ogre mutant (jnl3). I am going to feed 2nd instar 
larvae with ecdysone to bring forward pupation rate of animal. I am a bit 
confused with the last concentration of ecdyosne and with percentage of 
ethanol that I will be diluting ecdysone in it. I have 5mg of ecdysone to 
use. I want do it right in first place as ecdysone too expensive to buy.
