[Drosophila] RNA from embryo

Hi,

You can use 100 microliters of Drosophila embryos with "to Tally RNA TM",
Ambion kit, Catalog # 1910, to get 100 ng RNA.

 Does anyone know how many embryos to start with for extracting at least
100ng of RNA? Any
information will be appreciated.
