[Drosophila] Pfk, TER94, eve, Hr46, Mef2 and l(2)46Fb alleles

Dear colleagues,

Recently, I received a group of stocks that is too big for the 
Bloomington Stock Center, but too valuable to discard.  I will make 
them available to anyone who wants them, but I will discard them May 
1, 2007.  Please send a note to kcook 'AT' bio.indiana.edu if you 
want any of these stocks.

The stocks are point mutations in the 46C-F region from Elliott 
Goldstein's lab.  They were described in

Goldstein et al., 2001.  "A genetic analysis of the cytological 
region 46C-F containing the Drosophila melanogaster homolog of the 
jun proto-oncogene."  Molec. Genet. Genomics 266(4): 695-700.

The Stock Center will keep two alleles of every complementation group 
defined in this study.  It is the "additional" alleles that I'm 
offering temporarily.

I.  Phosphofructokinase alleles
There is some uncertainty whether the following mutations map to the 
Pfk locus or to the l(2)46Eb locus or if the two loci are 
equivalent.  We will keep l(2)46Eb[4-1] and [9-28] stocks for the 
Bloomington collection.
