[Drosophila] RFP Ab., DNA dye

Hi,  

could somebody give me an advice on RFP antibody and DNA dye?  I¹m looking
for RFP antibody we can use for staining of the disc/salivary gland/ovary.
Also DNA dye we can use without fixing the tissues but not DAPI (some of the
confocal microscope we have an access do not have UV).
