SOIL SCIENTIST

The National Research Initiative Competitive Grants Program of the
U. S. Department of Agriculture seeks a qualified scientist to serve as
PROGRAM DIRECTOR for grants administration in the area of soil
science, rhizosphere biology, or wetland, riparian, forest or
agroecology.  Candidates must have an advanced degree with major
study in one of the areas listed above or a closely related field.
It is preferable that the candidate have a Ph.D. or equivalent
specialized experience.  This is a competitive vacancy, open to all
United States citizens.
