Draft Presentation to the Virginia Marine Resources Commission:
Oyster Ecology Breakthrough: The Hypothesis and Preliminary Proposal to
the
MRC
Dear Reader;
I believe this matter will come before the Va. Marine Resources
Commission
in January so I don't have much time to buttress the essential and
remove
the detrimental portions of the proposal.
My experiments have achieved a *doubled oyster survival rate* yet they
have
been dismissed by the oyster science authority of Va. contrary to
empirical
evidence. Extraordinary competence by an amateur is my only realistic
hope
of success before the MRC. If I am going to get that competence I am
going
to have to rely on you for criticism.

already come
forward and I have incorporated each one. I am delighted at the degree
of
improvement a few suggestions can accomplish. I would be delighted to
give
credit.
