I want to study uptake rates of some wild plants in a solution
experiment.
I would like to use Rb (for K) and Sr (for Ca) to measure the upake in
the plants after the experiment. The concentrations in the nutrient
solutions shall be 150 µM K and 200 µM Ca.
Is there a specific ratio of Rb:K or Sr:Ca which should be used? Do you
have exeriences with max. concentrations of Rb and Ca? Does it change
with time.
I would be very grateful for any help concerning these questions or if
you know of articles dealing with it.
Thank you very much for your help!
