Dear netters,
Does anybody know any information about, or how to find a range of
homologies between DNA sequences from poplar and birch ?
I was woundering that because I would be interested to use the sequences
data from the populus EST database
(http://www.biochem.kth.se/PopulusDB/index.html) to study expression of
birch genes by Northern-blotting?
Thanks for any idea...
