Secreted GFP?

By mistake appeared the address of a labmate in my last posting, I regret
the confusion. Anyway, I found very valuable and interesting the information
provided by Mike Amstutz. Do you find less, equal or none fluorescent in
cells transfected with a secreted GFP compared to non-secreted GFP overtime?
