[Fluorescent-proteins] Questions about DAPI staining with cryosection of mouse lung

HI, Dear All,

This is Chengming from Auburn University, and this is my first time
here and I have a question to ask about the DAPI stain with cryosection
of mouse lung.

We created cryosection slides (no parafin fixing), and stained with
DAPI.  The problem I had was that the shape of the nuclei was weird,
not round as seen the normal DAPI staining.
