I would like to be able to screen goats for their ability to produces antibodies to defined antigens based on their histocompatibility antigens. I have found references to work performed by R. H. van Dam during the late 70's, but these are only abstracts that contain no specific methods. Can anyone provide me with additional references or methods? Thanks, Jerry
