What system are you working with?
CTL's against which intracellular organism?
I do have a protocol that you are welcome to have, but it will depend on 
which would be the appropriate in vitro stimulation and target cell 
sensitization for the system you are working with.
I have done work in the malaria system and now in the process of getting 
the system going for another intracellular parasite (T. cruzi).
