Quantification of T-cell infiltrate

Dear fellow researchers,

I need to quantify the T-cell infiltrate in biopsies and thought about
CD3 as a marker. Now, since I am using quantitative RT-PCR, I am
wondering which of the chains is best for this purpose? Are all equally
useful?
