I need to set up multiplex series of SSR primers for genotyping. Many people
have done it before and are using multiplexed markers routinely; therefore,
I have a very strong feeling that I would be putting a lot of time and
effort into reinventing the wheel. I would appreciate if you will be willing
to share information regarding compatible sets of SSR primers in multiplexed
reactions. Thank you.
