new version of the program "Oligos" 6.2 for PCR primers design

Dear PCR-users,

New version of the program "Oligos" 6.2 for PCR primers design is
available here:

for Windows 9.x/NT


"OLIGOS" is simple, easy to use, fast and powerful program for
searching the best primer combinations to use in normal PCR, inverse
PCR and single-side PCR. The program helps to design primer
combinations given one fixed primer.

The program uses the universal degenerate DNA code for primer design.

A program allows check primers to their compatible and calculates
optimal annealing temperature for unknown PCR product.


INSTALLATION from "Download"
1. zip - 1.03Mb with automatic setup into C:\Oligo

Click "setup.exe".
The folder "C:/Oligos" was created contains file Oligos.exe.
Computer need to the restart.

2. zip - 1.01Mb with manual install into directory of choice
with manual install into directory of choice
Save "Oligos.exe" on any place of your computer. Then run the file
"Vbrun600.exe" for installing library files. Computer need to the
restart.

Both setups will also run the "vbrun600.exe" updating routine. This
file "vbrun600.exe" got from Microsoft. All files not contains virus.
