In our group (Prof. Deising, Universitat Halle), a Diplomstudent
(Master/Bachelor degree) started to work with maize for examining
induced resitence. Therefore, she would like to try homologous antibodies
for PR-proteins. So far she tried only tabacco PR1a, and it does not so
induced.
Does anybody out there have antibodies in their freezer they do not work
with any longer or could send her a little bit of it?
