We have set up an online database of over 30 000 putative maize SNPs
and indels at,

You can search for your favourite gene by ZmDB accession number or
browse the alignments and SNP summaries.
This is a prototype version of the SNP discovery software under
development and we welcome recommendations and comments.
Currently a password is required for access. This is freely available
from Dave.Edwards at bbsrc.ac.uk
