SALARY RANGE: $65,706.00 - $120,033.00
The USDA, Agricultural Research Service in Albany, California is
seeking a permanent, full-time research scientist. The successful
applicant will conduct basic research in plant computational
biology/plant genomics at the Plant Gene Expression Center,
developing an independent program in plant genome research that
enhances analysis and integration of data from the study of maize and
other important agricultural genomes. The successful applicant will
be considered for an Adjunct Faculty position at the Department of
Plant and Microbial Biology, University of California, Berkeley.
Candidates should have a Ph.D. degree and an excellent publication
record.
