I am planning to do AFLP fingerprint in maize using a single RE (Eco RI) on
SFR agarose gel followed by EtBr staining.
whether the fragment size will be too long? Can you give me some idea,
suggestions? Should I go for a different enzyme?
I need your kind and valuable suggestion.
