Help Iam carrying out radioactive PCR using 35S-dATP, when I did the sums ror the method we were using I found that the concentratoons of our NTP's were dCTP, dTTP, dGTP 200 uM each whilst dATP was 10 uM this dores not seem right what levels of NTP's do others use?
