PCR probes

In response to Martin Leach:

OK, PCR labelling takes longer, but because you don't need to column purify the
product, I find it easier and safer than hexamer labelling. It uses less
label too, which keeps the costs down!

PS Has anybody tried a capillary PCR machine? It's ace! We've got one
on trial and we just ran a 35 cycles reaction (30 sec ext) in 23 minutes!
