Chemiluminescent 2-D Gels

Hello:

I am trying to use tRNAscend chemiluminescent protein labeling system of 
Promega for 2-D gel electrophoresis of in vitro translated proteins.

I have had little success with this system using my own RNA, although the
control RNA did work sucessfully.

Has anyone had experience with this or a related system? Any tricks to using
it?
