I remember seeing a post a while back on using the NA45 to purify DNA from solution without electrophoresis. I would appreciate it if someone can point me to the original posting. Also, I tried search with wais with no luck. Some instruction on its usage and hint on the server address would be greatly appreciated. TIA. Tao
