McIlvaine buffer

Hello,
	Does anybody have the formula of the McIlvaine buffer used for 
determining the activity of chitinase?  The formula is present in J Biol 
Chem 1921 which is unavailable in our country.  Asking for its copy will 
take months.  We urgently need it, therefore, we will really appreciate 
if anybody would please forward us the formula.
