Taq left at RT - gulp! -

Considering the Taq normally goes up to 94oC thirty times during a PCR it 
should be fine (and probably is -- I've used Taq that was left at RT for 
several days without any problems).  The nucleotides, however, go bad 
very rapidly at RT, and I would probably pitch them.
