Prokaryotic fusion protein systems

Greetings All,
I am posting today with a question about the best fusion protein
or epitope tagging system.  We wish to fuse or tag our viral
proteins in order to purify enough in order to immunize rabbits
for Ab's, to Identify protein-protein interactions by IP's, and
other uses.  We have had limited use with making GST fusions of a
few of our proteins,but not without problems.  Allmost all of the
fusion protein produced ended up in inclusion bodies, using GST. 
We are looking to use another system such as; HA tagging, His 6,
TrpE, and others.  If anyone has good experience with these
systems and could suggest the "best", or at least one that has
worked well for you, I would appreciate the help.
