Far-Western help

Greetings All,
The reason for this posting is that I am in need of some Info.  A
person I work with is considering performing Far-Western blots,
We have little backgroundin this technique, and would appreciate
any help or suggestions.  If anyone knows of a good reference on
dealing with the uses, problems, or anyone with good first hand
tips, I would appreciate the help.
