Do you have ABI Sequenase Kit problems???

We have been very successful and satisfied users of ABI's Sequenase Dye
Terminator kits, but have recently encountered problems with low signal
resulting in reads in the 250-350 range.  We have tried fresh reagents,
instrument PM visit, etc. and are beginning to suspect that ABI is
shipping bad kits (kit controls don't work any better).  Is anyone else
out there having this problem?  We suspect lot A4E007 and possibly
A4J009?  (We also have ABI working on this).
