Prokaryotic fusion protein systems

Hi,
  We use both the GST fusion and His6 systems with mixed success. While
often getting large quantities of fusion protein it is often insoluble
if IPTG induction is performed at 37¡C. We have tried the induction
step at 26-28¡C to produce soluble fusion products with varying degrees
of success. Sometimes it worked, othertimes it didnt.
