I'm posting this for a colleague who is interested in using 32P to label
phosphorylated proteins of tumors implanted in rats in order to identify
any potential differences. The implanted tumors become highly vascularized.
He has established host conditions whereby he can elicit a proliferation
dose response by perfusion and would like to determine if the proliferative
reponses are related to changes in specific protein phosphorylation
patterns. If anyone has any experience, recommendations or information
related to 32P labeling in vivo, please email me. Thanks.
