How to Purify Glyc. Dehyd?

Would anyone know how to purify the enzyme glycerol dehydrogenase?  I have
to start from scratch and will be using enterococcus bacter(spelling?)
which I believe is one of the ways to obtain this enzyme. does anyone have
any suggestions on how to centrifugate, use and ion exchange method, or
gel electrophorosis on this enzyme.  Not much research found and I have
been looking for 3 weeks ?    Help?    thank you (in advance)
