Hoy to Transfect primary human fibroblasts?

You're not the only one.  We've had troubles doing it using a varity of
methods (CaPO4, Lipids).  These cells just don't like to transfect. I
recently used CaPO4 on them and only achieved maybe 5% after selection
and it took forever to get the colonies going.   But that's all we
needed! :-)
