PerkinElmer rTth RTPCR enzyme

Hi

I am looking for comments regarding different systems for RTPCR. I have to detect mRNA
from cell lines and am deciding on a system to use. I have no experience with with RTPCR
so am asking for suggestions for those that have. The rTth system from Perkin Elmer looks
ideal but I am wondering what others feel about it. The gene I want to detect transcription
of is completely sequenced (genomic) so I can do the PCR across an intron to help with
the detection.
