GST fusion Q's?

Hi folks: I would like to know if anyone had any experience with GST
fusion proteins forming dimers after isolation. I read from the current
protocol that they could form dimers. I would like to know how stable the
dimers are if they do dimerize. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
