C-terminal GST??

Hello Netters,

Does anyone know if GST will tolerate fusions to the C-terminus of another
(i.e. to
its N-terminus) protein? Most vectors I have seen generate N-terminal
fusions. If so,
could anyone direct me to a commercially available vector?
