Lambda digested with PstI

Lambda x PstI is a fine size marker, although the 1 kb style markers are
easier. I have used the lambda x PstI marker during my Ph.D. project, and
passed. So it can't be that bad :)

Making lambda x PstI is easy, and cheaper than the commercially available
markers
