Hi I am looking toward quantifying the copy-number of a plasmid transfected into mammalian cells, and also its mRNA. I was thinking of quantitative competitive PCR and QC-RT-PCR. What other quantitation methods are available to me and has anybody any experience of any of those other methods? Thanks. Bucky
