Hi I will do ISH in the spinal cord of mouse embryos and I wonder if anyone has some experience and can recomend some protocols I can use. I have son questions in terms of whats best way to fix the tissue if I use fresh frozen sections. I really appreciate any help. Thanks. Jose.
