brdu staining and RNA isolation later

Hi
Does anyone  can give me clue how to isolate RNA from the BrdU stained
frozen mammary tissue section. I am looking for a short protocol for
brdu staining that do not involve antigen retriecal or if do then this
step should not degrade RNA quality inside the labeled cells. All
kinds of ideas will be highly appreciated.
