Are you asking how to isolate ribosomes from E. coli? There are
probably at least dozens of procedures one can find with a MEDLINE
search, but most will probably have a centrifugation step in an
ultracentrifuge; further clean up will depend in your specific needs.
Can you give us a little more detail on what you are trying to do?
