Semi sticky surface for shaking platform

I believe that you can get something like that from a Bed Bath and Beyond
store (I don't know if they have those in the UK). Basically, they have
sticky pads that you can put under a throw rug in the house... They are very
similar to the material you are referring to. Here's a link to what I am
