PCRBoost

I just used my free sample of "PCRBoost" from Biomatrica. To my 
surprise, it worked and I got the promised >5X increase in product 
level. The problem is, the stuff is expensive and I would be unable to 
justify it for anything other that very recalcitrant reactions.

Does anybody know what's in it?
