Hello.
Could someone tell me how you compute the estimated coverage of a
mutant library, given the potential number of members, actual library
size, and the confidence of the result? For example, say I have made
a library of 3.2 million *possible* members, and have generated 3.5
million clones in the library. What is the estimated coverage (with
90 or 95% confidence)?
Any pointers to reference texts would be welcome too :)
