Info about Beta-glucan

 Dear netters.
 
 Can anyone give me info (mainly references and protocols) about 
 purification, recovery and analysis of Beta (1,4) and (1,6)-GLucan from 
 S.cerevisiae ?  
  
 This information is very important for my MSc. Thesis.
